What is your mobile fee?

Our mobile fee varies where your vehicle is located.

What is your cancellation policy?
A
If an appointment is cancelled in 24 hours or less there is a $50 cancellation fee plus any freight charges or restocking fees on parts that have been ordered

Are you Insured?
A
YES! Our service vehicle and technicians, along with your vehicle AND property are fully insured!

How can I pay?
A
We provide a range of convenient options: online payments using credit card, E-transfer, or cheque.

Will you do any work that is not approved?
A
No! We only do the work that is approved. If further services are needed, we will first get approval to continue.

How long are your estimates valid for?
A
Our Estimates are valid for 30 days after they are sent.

Do you work all year round?
A
Yes, we work all year round in the snow/rain/sun; however, we reserve the right to cancel an appointment due to unsafe or poor conditions.

What types of vehicles do you work on?
A
We work on most modern-day Domestics, Asians, and Euros.

Do we do any Tunes or Aftermarket Programming?
A
No, we do not. We do not do any emission tampering; however, we will do some programmable parameter programming

Where is your shop?
A
We only provide our shop location to commercial companies directly

Can used modules be programmed?
A
Some used modules can be programmed to a new vehicle, and some cannot. We suggest supplying us with all the information of BOTH modules and we can help you look into it. However, even if the module should work, it still may have issues. We charge for the procedure, NOT the outcome!

What does ADAS stand for?

How do I know if my vehicle has ADAS features?
A
Without a VIN number, it's difficult to determine for sure, but most newer vehicles are equipped with some form of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) feature. If you are curious, give us a call and we can help!

Do you install or diagnose aftermarket remote start system?
A
No

Do you do work for Residential/Individual Customers as well?
A
Although we are commercial focused (dealerships/shops), we do have a Waitlist option for Individual Customers.
